The role of a Key Account Executive is a critical function that requires someone with strong drive and communication skills. In this role, you will require to meet sales revenue and ensure product visibility. You will ensure promotional and sales strategies are executed successfully in all National Accounts. You will work with the customers to increase share of space and drive sales growth.
You will be based in Alexandria office reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. This is a hands-on role and will require someone very independent and with strong interpersonal skills. You must be someone who is sharp to detect issue instantly and resolve it at the shortest time.
Accountable and responsible to achieve annual sales for mid-size accounts,
Ensure directives are executed according to plan in all National Accounts.
Timely execution of promotional activities plan by the Headquarter engagers.
Responsible for stock availability in all customers.
To maintain and build strong relationship with customers.
To improve in-store share of space continuously to increase sales volume.
Provide feedback on issue that required immediate attention.
Look out for competitor activities and work with the Key Account Manager to formulate counter strategies.
Required Skills and Experience
Fresh graduate or max two (2) years of working experience in Key Account Management in Egypt
Experience in selling FMCG products to national and mid-size accounts.
Strong drive and goal oriented person.
Willing to spend more than 90% in the field.
Strong integrity, influencing and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Independent and flexible person.
MS Office skills
Strong English language skills
