About the opportunity:

Based in our high performing Head Office in Sydney, you’ll have commercial development, revenue increasing and customer facing accountability nationally. You’ll be a critical part in defending our existing business in a competitive market and being a change agent in growing our business. You’ll focus on growing our business through sourcing new Installation projects with existing and new customers. This is your opportunity to be part of our game changing business strategy and essentially keep Australian service stations moving for everyday consumers!

Your key accountabilities include:

  • Development and ownership of commercial installation sales strategy ownership of revenue;

  • Increasing our current Installation footprint & work by owning and evolving existing customer relationships;

  • Leading new Installation projects with new and potential customers (from a sales and business development perspective);

  • Influencing & collaborating with all levels of internal stakeholders as part of the installation sales process (as required);

  • Managing the customer expectations, disruptions, conflicts and owning the customer journey.

Qualifications:

What you’ll need:

  • Strong industry experience (minimum 8 years) with Installation in either civil works, construction or engineering;

  • Career background across sales/ business development & focussing on revenue generation increase;

  • Innovative sales tactic, processes and execution;

  • Proven experience in continuous improvement initiatives and revenue generation;

  • Sophisticated stakeholder and customer management ability across negotiation, influencing and conflict resolution;

  • Clear, transparent and logical thinking process and ability – strong common sense.
