What You'll Do
You will be Providing technical support to partners and/or customers for Cisco technologies, products, and/or solutions.
You are responsible for resolving moderately to highly complex technical problems, depending on the customers' need.
You will simulate technical problems in lab environment and share his/her knowledge with other people in writing technical documents and enlarge the knowledge database.
You will provide internal and/or external technical presentations (cross-training).
You will bring up some specific problems to the responsible Business Units for product improvement.
You will work closely with colleagues to achieve common goals
Who You'll Work With
The TAC team is responsible for holistically resolving issues across Cisco's Technologies and Product. The team provides 24x7 worldwide technical support for Cisco products
You will join with some of the industry's brightest minds in developing and deploying today's most advanced Internet technologies. In this role, you will gain insight on the detailed functionality of Cisco products and partner with all distributed elements of the service chain.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering
Good Experience in VPN technologies like IKEv1, IKEv2, PKI, SSL VPN, NHRP, GRE over IPsec, Remote Access VPN Clients etc.
Knowledge of Routing Protocols
Logical Problem Solving approach and Analytical skills
You should have proven an ongoing interest in the information technology and/or the computer networking industry over the course over a minimum of 2 years post degree
Experience in working on Cisco Products - IOS/IOS-XE routers, ASA, FTD etc.
Good technical foundation in networking (CCNP equivalent level or above) is required
Ability to communicate in English effectively both verbally and in writing; other languages
Passion and proven ability to learn and work in a diverse team environment
Ability to drive, achieve goals with limited supervision
