Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Responsible for analyzing and understanding the requirements.

  • Understand software requirement translations to Design & modules of implementation

  • Quick in technical/functional area of key modules detail understanding and develop quick working prototypes (when necessary)

  • Identifying and resolving technical risks

  • Participate review of work products and ensure quality of deliverables

  • Expertise in Coding for component/ module/ sub-system

  • Manages technical communication with leads, customers and stakeholders

  • Implementation of Unit Test Cases using relevant testing frameworks

  • Supports team in defect fixing and investigations

  • Ensure deliverables are on time and of high quality

  • Supports in project estimation, planning and risk management activities

  • Good understanding of SAFe Agile methodology for estimation & Execution process

  • Understand the clinical needs from a user perspective (in the context of how the application is being used)

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Overall 4-6 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in C#/.NET, HTML5,Basics of Java

  • Knowledge of design patterns and practical application of same

  • Expertise in Desktop applications using C# .NET, WCF and WPF coding skills.

  • Expertise in development, testing and debugging skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and is able to think quickly and adeptly about how to address issues/problems

You will be part of The Strategic Innovation Group (Markets) based in PIC @ Bangalore is the organization chartered with the responsibility of End to End solutions that serve the unmet needs of multiple growth markets. Having started only last year, this group has already delivered some important solutions and a lot more products are in the pipeline. With a robust funnel across multiple key markets, this group is slated to grow from strength to strength in the coming months and years. This group works on a spectrum of technologies ranging from mobile (Android/IOS), web technologies (AngularJS/HTML5) and cloud technologies (server side Spring Java , Docker, Consul, RabbitMQ, Openfire, Drools, CAS, OpenLDAP, FHIR etc.) as well as devices. Some of the important solutions being built include CLC Management Software, Connected Care collaboration platform, the phoenix primary care framework and devices such as CHARM, Fetal Doppler etc.
