The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.

Some of the key accountabilities for this role will include (but are not limited to)

  • Managing assigned modern trade customers actively contributing to the development of core business strategies which drive sustainable sales and profitable growth.

  • Developing and maintaining strong business relationship with customer to gain strong collaboration in mutually driving business objectives and to get a better position in negotiating for the agreement and business development plans.

  • Managing and paying attention to details in customer-related tasks i.e. plan & execute promotion, visibility, spending to well deliver number both Sale and spending

  • Planning volume based on promotion, visibility and market trend

  • Driving in-store execution and implementation of all activities, promotions, new products launch and fundamental 4P’s executions.

  • Monitoring customer performance against market, evaluating the effectiveness of promotions, activities, and takes corrective action, as needed to ensure achievement of business goals.

Qualifications

Do you have what it takes?

  • Certified Public Accountant

  • Have working experience in Key Account Management or Sales Representative from FMCG companies

  • Supermarket Channel experiences

  • Positive attitude, passion, fighting spirit result-oriented and able to work under pressure

  • Excellent selling, negotiation and networking skills

  • Knowledgeable in computer program:- MS Office
