Dell Consultant, Sales operations_Small Business in Beijing, China

Location: Beijing

Support sales organization through customer, operational and business support. Responsible for serving as primary interface between sales and other operational functions developing sales processes and procedures relating to online/offline order administration, order fulfillment and communication. Evaluates and implements improvements to sales programs and processes including: anticipating demands, account management, leads, planning and prioritization, closing strategies, pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, tools and reporting programs.

Process engineer and optimization, driving end to end process efficiency improvement and biz impact

Leadership and cooperation across functions to drive collaboration and team work.

Project and program management experience and global communication.

Qualification and Competencies:

10+ years IT, Internet or retail industry working experience;

Strength on strategic planning;

Strong communication and executive presentation skills;

Strong analytical data skills and problem solving skills;

Fluent English language communication skills in both spoken and written;

Project management or sales operation related background preferred;

Advanced MSFT Office Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
