  • Play the role as gate keeper for professional service contract, based on the u nderstanding on internal mechanism on costing (eg man hours, grading, rate, etc), profit, assets, skills, milestone design, risk, contingencies, etc.

  • Perform the day to day activities of projects including interaction with client personnel and Philips team members.

  • Apply qualitative and quantitative skills to various client situations.

  • Develop strategic working relationships with client counterparts.

  • Partner with other related functions to implement process changes and oversee creation of deliverables.

  • Maintain detailed work-paper records of assumptions, methodologies, and information sources employed during the performance of all analytical tasks.

You are responsible for

  • Manage project work streams, analyze client operations, work with client management, create solutions, lead solution implementations, and other project deliverables.

  • Responsible for leading delivery of consulting services to provide clients including analysis of clinical and business processes, operational data analytics, public/private partnerships, and managed equipment services.

  • Lead subject matter resources and direct the activities of a collaborative cross solution project team.

  • Responsible for managing the day to day activities of the project team, ensuring specific deliverables are met, and ultimately deliver customer success.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

a) Education: Master Degree

b) Experience:

  1. 5+ years of experience in management consulting or healthcare provider operations.

  2. Managing project work streams, analysis of client operations, client management, solution design and implementation, and generation of project deliverables.

  3. Subject matter expertise for Healthcare Provider clients and be part of a collaborative cross solution project team.

  4. Track record of successfully integrating into high performance, interdisciplinary teams to meet project milestones and achieve measurable performance outcomes.

  5. Experience utilizing complex analytical tools and business acumen to identify and track trends

in data (along with identifying associated improvement opportunities) for our healthcare provider clients.

  1. Effectively structure problems, find and convert data into analysis and insight; design solutions which the client believes and advocates

  2. Efficiently coordinate project resources and tasks to create more leverage; enabling team members to focus more on client deliverables

  3. Communicate simply and persuasively to different audiences (e.g., CxO, project lead, vendor) using PowerPoint, email, phone, or in person

  4. Quickly develop enduring relationships with clients at all levels to ensure project completion, client success, and more business; earns respect of team
