Strong analytical stills and growth potential

You will have the overall responsibility for matching capacity with demand on short to medium horizon by driving the global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) for Processing. You will secure alignment with stakeholders at all sites and at all levels of the organization – from production planners to site directors, and you will ensure the quality and coherence of global processes.

In this position we welcome newly graduated applicants, who are motivated to learn about the Supply Chain and Manufacturing area, and who thrive working with analysis, number and data crunching to come up with the best possible recommendations for required capacity within the processing area – that covers decorating and assembly lines.

In Global Capacity Planning we are 20 colleagues responsible for ensuring the right capacity, at the right time and location throughout moulding, processing and packing in the LEGO Group supply chain. Basically, you join a group of specialists, who ensure an optimal balance E2E in the supply chain and sets the right activity level. Analyst with great stakeholder management skills

The main part of your role is to solve supply and demand dilemmas and navigate in an environment of conflicting interests, where you facilitate the background material for making the right decisions. As a result, great analytical and communicational skills, along with excellent stakeholder management skills, are essential to being able to sell your conclusions. Your role also requires that you are motivated by working with details, while not being overly perfectionistic, allowing you to meet deadlines. We expect you to have a natural curiosity and interest for working in depth with Excel and finding patterns in data.

Moreover, we would like you to possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree within Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Intelligence or similar.

• Have related experience as a Student Worker or Intern, preferably from an international organisation.

• Strong computer skills in Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Sharepoint. SAP is a plus.

• Flexibility due to time zones and meeting deadlines and bigger processes during the year.

• You speak and write English effortlessly
