As a Engineer - Supplier Warranty Analyst, you will be supporting the Divisions and Sales functions of Eaton Electrical Sector EMEA with the recovery of all warranty costs related to the supplier non-conformities. Position requires to work with other functions and person need to have comfort around Higher Management and know how to motivate the others.
Your main duties :
Monitoring of warranty cost records per all divisions and through Sales Functions.
Review an analyse the warranty performance of Country Sales and Service Organisations for EMEA region.
Identify areas for improvement and work with stakeholders to improve CONC warranty performance
Assure that supplier implement the corrective actions
Communicate and involve Category Managers in case of non-responsive suppliers
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelors of Engineering Degree
Fluency in English
2 – 3 years in production/technical area
Experience of working within Quality Engineering
Experience with using problem solving tools
PPAP. APQP, SPC, MSA, R&R knowledge
Comfortable dealing with different levels of stakeholders within business
Desired:
French language skills
Effective communication, team player, excellent problem solving, strategic thinking, taking and implementing initiatives
