Dow Chemical Registration Files Administrator in Buenos Aires, Argentina
RAS (Regulatory & Stewardship) Administrator of Registration Files is responsible for administrating all RAS registration files, including global and local databases, as well as coordinating the Crop Protection labeling process for the Southern Cone region. The position will also be responsible for searching studies and documents needed for the preparation of the dossiers, requiring samples for registration purposes and tracking them, requiring and tracking all payments needed to be done to the Regulatory and Official Organisms. Finally, the position will be in charge of preparing the administrative parts of specific dossiers to be submitted to the Regulatory Agencies, will be responsible for the preparation and submission registrations at a provincial level and will be in responsible for ensure registration transfers.
Maintain all global and local RAS databases updated.
Maintain all Crop Protection labels updated, following established process (owner of Management of Change process).
Request and track samples to be submitted with registration purposes.
Request and monitor all needed payments to Official Organisms.
Prepare the administrative parts of the dossiers to be submitted to the Regulatory Agencies.
Prepare, submit and track the registrations at a provincial level.
Prepare regulatory information connected to registration transfers and be in charge of regulatory activities associated to Transformation Office´s project.
The position will need to translate technical regulatory studies to be submitted to the Agencies.
This is an administrative position, and does not require a bachelor degree, but careers such as Public Translator, or other administrative languages courses are desired.
