Key Responsibilities

The Sales Coach is responsible for sales soft/hard skills development of CSB Sales Teams. They will work close with CSB Management on setting, developing and implementing efficient coaching strategies.

  • Coaches a group of Inside Sales Representatives on soft /hard skills as well as helps and advises on proactively building and developing business approaches & strategies depending on GTM (Chat, Inbound & Outbound) environment

  • Is able to cover a cross team presence and is able to participate or lead segment projects in liaison with qualitative segment priorities

  • Puts NPS as high priority and coachs teams around it and delivers the SMART coaching session to the relevant audience

  • Cooperates with manager on defining and developing sales strategy, supports ISRs in the definition of customer development programs and opportunity creation

  • Uses the appropriate tools for the job & Highlights / Escalate issues or new needs when necessary to management and to identify and fix process issues

  • Coaches team in the usage of Salesforce.com and other tools as a CRM tool and maintains & updates an individual score card (KPIs / soft & technical skills) and Coaches and mentors key talents on the sales floor

  • Identify individuals gaps and put in place action planning to cover the gap and stays informed of current industry trends and applies them to the customer’s business environment to help solve specific customer challenges in targeted industries

Essential Requirements

  • 3+ years of relational sales experience is a must with a proven track record of high performance in previous roles

  • Minimum of 3 years of Sales experience with Business Acumen

  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal & written

  • Strong knowledge on DELL products, Sales Tools & Processes

  • Proven ability in developing sales presentations and delivering sales training content and experienced in generating/analyzing reports and metrics

  • Strong cross-team/cross-department collaboration skills with coaching & negotiation skills

  • Advanced knowledge of classroom training skills, abilities, and practice and MS Office and CRM (Salesforce.com) knowledge
