We are looking for a talented PHP Developer with good JS programming skills to join our growing technology team in Cluj. The position is available on one of our SCRUM teams, that is responsible with the full development life cycle of one of our products.
In this role you will help maintain, design and develop key-features for our Virtual Contact Center solution - a powerful, easy-to-use, cloud-based call center solution that enables organizations to easily and cost-effectively manage multiple, geographically dispersed agents.
VCC core-features include: contact center analytics, supervisor/agent tool, quality management, workforce management, real-time monitoring, disaster-recovery, CRM integrations.
Design and implement high quality software solutions with extensive unit and integration tests coverage;
Choose and implement design patterns, architectural patterns and algorithms that enable systems or features to meet business and technical requirements;
Strictly follow the user interface designs and user experience while ensuring a smooth and efficient execution of the application.
Experience with PHP and related frameworks (Symfony, Laravel, CakePHP, etc);
Experience with NodeJS;
Good understanding of OOP principles;
Strong background in application and communication protocols (HTTP, WebSocket, XMPP etc.), networking and security;
Knowledge of usability, accessibility and cross-browser issues and solutions;
Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, Transact-SQL);
Excellent analytical and creative problem solving skills;
Good written and verbal communication skills;
Fluent English and good understanding of technical terms;
Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team;
Experience working in an Agile environment.
