The Business Program Manager for Services is a critical role that looks left to right across the Services business, managing business performance, identifying opportunities and challenges, and translating business insights into action.

Responsibilities

As a partner to the Services Lead and Sales Excellence Lead/BPM running the business responsibilities will be a follows:

  • Deliver Business Performance Insight

  • Instill process discipline (sales and delivery), adherence to standards and excellence in execution

Qualifications

Who We are Looking For:

Someone with passion for technology who is adaptable, customer focussed, drives for results, embraces change and has the following experience and capabilities:

  • Not more than 4 years working experience after completion of studies

  • Fluency in English

  • Collaborating, cross-functional stakeholder management

  • Deliver deep data analysis and actional insights. Advanced Excel skills

  • Strong oral and written communications skills, planning and organisational abilities

  • Highly analytical, able to understand detailed business metrics, strong business acumen

  • Able to work independently, handle multiple projects in fast paced environment, and negotiate and collaborate effectively
