As Manager, LTS Solutions, you are a key member of the regional management team, leading a team of Solutions Consultants and Media Account Managers covering the SMB Market across EMEA. This high-performing team of media sales and digital evangelists are passionate about marketing, branding and solutions-based problem solving. They are responsible for the sales & growth of LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS) media products, for the go-to-market for new products across the region and for implementing strategies to increase penetration, utilization and renewal of media products. Our goal is to harness the power of digital advertising, content marketing and media to transform the talent industry and empower talent professionals to think and act like marketers.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspire, coach and develop your team to perform to their maximum potential

  • Represent LinkedIn Solutions team with Senior SMB Leaders/

  • Ensure best practices are in place across regions to communicate effectively and provide world class pre-sales support for all of our SMB reps

  • Develop and implement sales and renewal strategies to increase penetration, utilization and renewal of media and new products

  • Drive cross-regional initiatives to improve product training methodologies and conduct training for key product launches

  • Increase the penetration of media and new products among LinkedIn's corporate clients leading to larger deal sizes, accelerated customer growth and increased retention of enterprise accounts

  • Represent LinkedIn’s Solutions team at senior client meetings and industry events

  • Develop success metrics and deliver business reviews to leadership team

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience building and leading a team

  • Experience working in a digital marketing, sales or consultancy role

  • Business fluency in English

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
