We are looking for a Sales Manager, to join our expanding Netherlands sales team. This individual will define the sales strategies needed to grow the region they lead within the Netherlands and execute on this plan. The individual must have the ability to foster a coaching culture to support sales reps build their own strategy, drive execution, develop their skills and enhance their career. They can engage with prospects and customers, establish trust and develop long term relationships. They are able to work with all internal functions to build the business partnership required to support their team and business. They are an active member of a high performing sales leadership team that creates growth (in all its forms), leading progressively and compassionately, in a manner that is generous, united and fun.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire, lead and engage sales reps towards the organisation vision, mission and sales goals

  • Build a Strategy to accelerate the realisation of the LinkedIn vision for Mid-Market and SMB in their region.

  • Effectively manage Account Executive and Relationship Managers (Train, Coach, Develop) so they can be successful at meeting their respective sales and customer goals and at accomplishing their own development goals

  • Drive customer value and meet Sales Targets

  • Build an operating model balancing spirit of Entrepreneurship and Culture of discipline

  • Contribute actively to the design of the mid-market sales strategy for the Netherlands

Basic Qualifications

  • 2 years+ experience managing sales teams in a fast-paced sales environment

  • Experience managing through change

  • Experience of the Netherlands or of multiple European markets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in SaaS, Cloud, Consulting, Human Capital, Agency or other relatable fields

  • Experience with consumption (e.g. media) and subscription-based business sales model

  • Experience in a quota carrying solution sales role

  • Experience in Search and Staffing vertical

  • Fluent Dutch language skills

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.
