We are looking for a Senior Digital Sales and Marketing professional to join our Marketing Solutions team in achieving our goal of being the most effective place online for marketers to engage with professionals. This is a new business focused role. You will be responsible for selling LinkedIn’s digital marketing solutions to the world’s most sophisticated marketers, helping them connect with our audience of success-driven professionals. You will develop solutions to company-wide problems while leading teammates and delivering against numbers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to ensure your quarterly target achievement

  • Build a pipeline of companies with a view to meeting quarterly revenue targets

  • Take ownership of your book of business and proactively reach out to prospects, deliver a customized solution and start generating your first deals

  • Weekly reporting of relevant KPI

  • Research the competitive landscape and continuously build your book of business

  • Become an expert in LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and our products

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Travel will form part of the role

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience with a minimum of 2 years media sales

  • Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Hebrew

  • Experience of thriving in a target-driven environment, ideally in new business

  • Experience in online or traditional media sales at a top publisher platform or top-ranked Nielsen/Net-Ratings site

  • Experience in marketing or in a role making recommendations to marketers

  • Knowledge of how Internet advertising technology works and the ability to explain it in ordinary terms

  • Excellent communication and telephone skills

  • Ability to successfully drive revenue through the development of strategic relationships

  • Ability to structure and manage complex negotiations to successful closure and delivery

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
