The Human Resources Manager, BMSC reports to the Senior Manager, Human Resources, BMSC for providing business support to the Brand, Marketing, Sales and Consumer Services (BMSC) in Asia Pacific. This position functions as the HR Generalist for BMSC team; carries out the daily activities to support the associates including talent acquisition, internal communications, etc. He/ She will work in close partnership with the AP HR team, BMSC HR team, BMSC Finance team, BMSC Planning and Services resources, and BMSC Leadership team to support road map objectives and develop operating plans and related processes to implement sustained human resource policies and programs that drive alignment with broader business objectives.
Bachelor’sdegree (Business, Human Resources Management or another related field) highlydesired.
Minimum of 4 years of HR generalist experience, with experience inTalent Acquisition.
Experience providing solutions to or consultingwith a multi-generational audience.
Experience in planning and coordinating small tomid-sized projects.
Regional experience exposure is a plus
Candidate with less experience will be consideredas Assistant Manager level
Interpersonalskills to resolve sensitive issues with associates.
Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills; strong presentation development anddelivery skills.
Proficiencywith Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Skill in prioritizing work tasks in accordance withgoals and to make effective use of time in an environment with multipledeadlines and goals.
Ability to develop and maintain effectiverelationships with a broad group of stakeholders.

Recruitment and Selection
Overseesthe advertisement of open positions within BMSC in Hong Kong Continent officeto attract a diverse candidate pool.Ensures employment ads comply with local laws and regulations
Ensures the openposition listing is in visible location for both internal and externalcandidates and is updated in accordance with Human Resource Standard OperatingProcedures.
Ensuresinterviews are conducted according to recommended guidelines, consistentscreening criteria is used, and only job-related questions are asked.
Oversees theselection/non-selection and offer processes to ensure proper procedures arefollowed e.g., valid reasons for selection/non-selection are stated onscreening cards and applicants receive status notifications.
Ensuresbackground checks are completed.

BMSC HR Operations
Assiststhe Senior Manager, Human Resources, BMSC to serve as a liaison between theContinent and BMSC leaders to ensure that the Sales & Marketing HR solutionsmeet Continent needs and can be effectively implemented and sustained.
Playsa proactive role in developing and establishing tools & resources for thesales & marketing discipline, including standardized processes, tools andtemplates.
Developsbest practices and tools for project execution and management.
Provideconsulting advice to BMSC business leader in terms of human resourcesdeployment plan, budget headcount planning, etc.
Supportother Human Resources Administration projects, e.g. Engagement Surveyregistration, annual compensation cycle, etc.
Supportany business initiatives as assigned by the Senior Manager, Human Resources,BMSC.
