ROLE DESCRIPTION:

  • The Global Sales Operations team is looking for new talents to join our top-notch local team, bringing innovative ideas and collaborating in activities that support sales teams to develop new business, sell more software and services, and deploy solutions that deliver impact for our customers.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

Main expectations are:

  1. Become a Trusted Advisor:
  • Build your business acumen and network. Deliver on expectations and with high quality to build credibility for future business partnering.

  • Proactively work with Sales teams to understand business situation and be able to provide insights to management team.

  1. Invest in your Development:
  • A series of learning and develop opportunities, including online learnings, shadowings and participation in special projects will be offered. Active participation and engagemtn is espected.

  • Share your knowledge to drive buy-in. Act as a champion for processes and tools you manage.

  1. Teamwork and Collaboration
  • Actively contribute to the one team spirit. Share successes, learnings, and best practices

Main tasks and responsibilities include the following:

  • Deliver or execute on standard reports while providing automation and simplification.

  • Assist in creating reports and business analysis for the sales operations team along with executive leadership.

  • Provide support across Latin America to drive strategic operations initiatives.

  • Work with sales operations subject matter experts to develop and execute on globally leveraged best practices across the Latin America sales teams.

  • Stakeholder and/or meeting coordination.

  • Validate sales operations information accuracy, aging and category.

  • Help create or coordinate documentation or guidelines.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • 1 year of working experience preferred

  • Extracurricular experiences (internships, volunteer work, international experience…) are a plus.

  • Experience working within operations related fields is an advantage

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Recent University graduate with degree in IT or Business Related Area.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office products is key (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Technologically savvy, Business acumen.

  • Can do Attitude, organized, focus on execution, Strong Team Player.

  • Displays assertiveness, critical and analytical thinking, great communication skills and status quo challenge.
