Role Overview
Develop Spine Business in local market. Drive sales by developing and offering Spine solutions which satisfy the needs of our customers. He/she works closely with the sales force across a team and all divisions to achieve maximum sales result.
Key responsibilities of suitable applicant:
Care of assigned region and product line
Professional support of customers
Building relationships with key customers
Targets accounts
Actively takes part in negotiations with customers
Reporting and administration
Defines and executes local strategy
Planning of own activities
Launching of new products
Local small trainings, seminars, courses organization
Proactively provides detailed feedback on local market
Representation of the company on various occasions
Active monitoring and taking advantage of market opportunities
Cooperation with other departments
Qualifications
Our Requirements:
Successful sales record and sales experience
Exploring and understanding of the needs of the customers
Advanced negotiation and objection handling skills
Creativity in developing and selling of solutions that satisfy customer needs
Advanced presentation skills
Can plan systematically and has strong organizational skills
Good active English knowledge
Flexibility and reliability
Teamwork
Willingness to travel and learn
Driving license
