1. Brand Coach to all BCs and Store Managers

  • Lead and Drive Beauty Consultants (BC) and Store Managers to achieve BP sales targets

  • Work out BC incentive programs with Retail Sales Manager

  • Provide follow-up actions in stores and in office on monthly instore programs to ensure excellent execution

  • Lead all in-store coaching including individual BC according to the needs

  • Provide on-going feedback to Store Managers and Retail Sales Manager on the performance / progress of individual BC / Store Manager / Store with recommendations as needed

  • Act as a platform for sharing best practices / learnings / market happenings among stores and with Retail Sales Manager

2. Enhancing an excellent Brand Experience

  • Execute the brand behaviors, correct use of diagonal device and experience service techniques to enhance customer in-store experience

  • Guide Store Managers / BCs to collect and input customer data correctly to enhance customer communication

  • Monitor consistent VM of all stores based on the merchandising guidelines with photo records for monthly reporting

  • Maintain all stores and facilities in good conditions by constant checking and immediate rectifying work

  • Arrange uniform ordering, distribution for all BCs and ensure grooming of BCs to align the brand guidelines

  • Drive Stores / Store Managers / BCs to deliver respective KPIs by daily tracking and on-going monitoring

  • Daily reporting on Store Sales Performance, customers’ feedback and any significant competitors’ activities

  • Consolidate reports about the target, incentives and promotion feedback for Retail Sales Manager

  • Facilitate new CRM program implementation by ensuring correct data collection in stores, handling FAQ between BCs and customers and reverting customer feedback to the Brand team

  • Provide Customer Service team timely and constructive feedback regarding operations enquiries and complaints, and involve non-operation enquiries to right parties

  • Arrange regular delivery from offices to stores (e.g. paper bags, skin consultation cards and stationery, etc.)

  • Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

3. Ensuring regionally set SOPs are rigorously carried out in Stores

  • Customer transactions, e.g. sales, returns, refund, etc.

  • Customer service protocols

  • CRM transactions, i.e. Capillary

  • Store inventory management and monthly in-store inventory check

  • Store opening and closing processes

  • Pricing Changes

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of frontline field supervision experiences. Senior sales person or Store Managers are welcome to apply

    • Passion in retail industry is a must
  • Independent team player who can drive initiatives and solutions

  • Basic English skill for reporting

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
