AT&T Sales Account Manager in Monterrey, Mexico

AT&T is looking for an Account Manager for Mexico, based in Monterrey, Mexico to drive revenue with new sales growth through acquisition and retain/grow existing revenue.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop a good understanding of clients’ business and AT&T services to create/identify new opportunities

• Qualify and drive opportunities

• Financial driver

• Own, support and coordinate all applicable in-region tasks for proposals solutions, pricing, contracting, and activation

• Ownership and support of customer activity at any point of the customer lifecycle with a focus on efficient communication, coordination, and prompt resolution issues, outages, etc utilizing internal support teams and tools

• Responsible to meet or exceed all applicable sales metrics

• Acquire NEW logos through outreach and relationship building with Global Account Directors/ Lead account teams

• Manage and maintain an organized funnel trough Sales Force tool and ability to forecast sales activity monthly

Key Competencies and Skills:

• +3 years of experience in the Network Technology business and/or account management and/ or Mobility experience

• Successful history and ability to demonstrate successful track record working with multinational organizations

• Track record of over-achieving goals in past positions

• Excellent interpersonal communications skills and ability to communicate and work across global virtual teams and partner organizations

• Good understanding of the Mobile Technology market – Cells phones, IoT, Security,

• Team player, resourceful, process oriented, result driven and “can do” attitude

• Fluent Spanish and English Language – Portuguese is an asset but not required

Education and Qualifications:

Degree level education or equivalent
