Requirements: KEY MUST HAVES: 2+ years? experience in Cisco Video Conferencing, TelePresence systems and network monitoring technologies and tools ? Knowledge of VoIP and how it relates to the network Cisco Products, ITIL - IT Infrastructure Library, VOIP - Voice Over IP Description of services required of contractor: ? Support the delivery of the ongoing operations and maintenance of corporate collaboration solutions across Rio Tinto ? Report on relevant vendor performance and processes ? Supports the development, communication, and maintenance of relevant standards for all enterprise units with Plan ? Supports operational direction to manage all aspects of scope ? Supervise tactical support that ensures system health with current maintenance ? Plan and implement major system installations and upgrades ? Administer, configure, deploy, and maintain video conferencing infrastructure ? Provide daily support and technical assistance to associates Key outcomes expected of contractor: ? Support the delivery of Conferencing solutions end to end ? Manage vendor/partner relationships ? Support operational direction to manage all aspects of Conferencing scope ? Supervise tactical support that ensures system health with current maintenance ? Liaison for adoption and change management for the Conferencing service lineKey Consultant Criteria ? Successful track record in Supporting the management of corporate collaboration solutions servicing multiple countries and business units ? Experience monitoring customer service levels ? Experience monitoring external suppliers, including outsource providers ? 2+ years? experience in Cisco Video Conferencing, TelePresence systems and network monitoring technologies and tools ? Knowledge of VoIP and how it relates to the network ? Intermediate oral and written communication skills demonstrating ability to share and impart knowledge ? Ability to quickly adapt to new methods, work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions ? Advanced investigative, analytical and problem solving skills ? Ability to set goals and handle multiple tasks, clients, and projects simultaneously; Ability to appropriately balance priorities, deadlines, and deliverables ?
