Our client is seeking an administrative professional to fulfill the role of a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to add to their team. The Bilingual Administrator will conduct full administrative work in a responsible and confidential manner.

An out-going, polite and professional manner is a must as the Bilingual Administrative Assistant will be working directly with other employees throughout the business, and may be the first point-of-contact with clients. As the Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for filing, document production, ensuring all clients have an exceptional experience and any other supportive tasks to ensure the overall smooth function of the office.

The duties of the Bilingual Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:

  • Manage phone calls and office correspondence (including emails, letters, packages, etc.) * Ensure standards and accuracy are met in all tasks * Manage all document flow * Processing of all mail including drafting routine correspondence and ensuring the timely delivery of parcels * Prepare and file documents in an organized and precise manner * Schedule meetings and appointments while coordinating all office calendars * Edit and process contracts and standard forms to assist in the completion of sensitive documents
