As an internationally distributed software development team, we are hiring:

Senior Software Development Manager — ADP Marketplace

We are looking for a passionate software development leader who wants to transform the HCM product landscape! This is a senior position responsible for building a high-performance software development team and managing complex projects.

As the manager of the team, you will recruit and lead a group of talented engineers to build innovative software systems from the ground up. You will keep up with the ever-changing technological landscape and will utilize a melting pot of new technologies and innovative concepts. With an entrepreneurial mindset, you will manage complex projects while building strong relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

You will be the role model for the team on using the best software development practices and cutting-edge technologies. You will have the opportunity to create significant impact on our systems, our partners and our customers as we reshape the Human Capital Management industry.


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering or related field.

  • Solid software development experience.

  • Management experience.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering innovative software products or features.

  • Solid understanding of SDLC with agile development experience.

  • Outstanding leadership, project and people management skills.

  • A track record of successful delivery of software applications as a team or project manager.

  • Experience in development and support of SaaS and cloud-based applications.

  • Experience in both front-end and back-end programming using modern technologies and frameworks.

  • Experience with testing automation frameworks and DevOps such as CI/CD.

  • Able to lead cooperative efforts among members of project teams.

  • Able to follow processes and operational policies and in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

  • Experience in evaluating business requirements and turning them into technical designs.

  • Able to communicate effectively with a broad group of stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.

  • A passion for people management and mentorship.
