General Electric Senior HR Manager Global Supply Chain Functions in Rivalta di Torino, Italy

Essential Responsibilities:

  • As Senior Employee HR Manager for the Global Supply Chain functions (a client group of approx. 300) you will report to the Global Supply Chain HR Business Partner and will provide HR partnerships to the Executives of the Global Supply Chain functions, in particular Sourcing, NPI & Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Materials, Facilities, EHS & Security teams.

  • Model and reinforce behaviors that best reflect our cultural aspirations, purpose and beliefs. Align our HR processes, organizational structure and systems to deliver on our strategy, progress our desired culture and attract, retain and develop talent

  • Understand and balance compliance and local labor/regulations with business priorities

  • Use technology to generate insightful analytics. Identify trends, anticipate outcomes and make data-based decisions.

  • Proactively participate to initiatives and projects that will contribute to enabling the business strategy

  • Lead key HR processes in the assigned client groups


  • Bachelor/Master degree from an accredited university (ideally Law, HR, Economics)

  • Solid HR leadership experience in an industrial environment

  • Proactive and self-starter

  • Able to work independently and to communicate with stakeholders all-across the organization

  • Comfortable with dealing with uncertainty and delivering in complex scenarios

  • Confident with digital tools and media

  • Fluent English and Italian

  • EU work permit

Desired Characteristics:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources

  • HRLP graduate (internal candidates)
