Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Systems Analyst, HTCS in Saint John, Canada
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Systems Analyst, HTCS to join our team at Saint John in Saint John, New Brunswick.
We currently have an opportunity for a Systems Analyst within the Hotel Technology Client Support department, located in Saint John, New Brunswick.
The Systems Analyst will be responsible on developing and creating automated business processes using Kryon Studio. Using compiled data they will provide strategies to achieve a reduction in call volume through Change Requests to Software, Hardware, and Network. The Systems Analyst works and supports Vendors in identifying and correcting incidents daily and is responsible to create and manage all documentation required to assist Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 in providing solutions for reported Incidents by Wyndham Franchisees. Utilizing Subject Matter Expertise the Systems Analyst assists and trains other Wyndham Hotel Group departments and is responsible to ensure all escalated incidents are resolved.
Your background will include:
Meeting or exceeding performance standards in your current position, including having superior attendance and conduct
Exceptional computer and systems skills
Post-secondary education in an administrative or IT related program and/or equivalent experience
An asset in your background includes:
Experience with Kryon Studio or other Remote Process Automation software
Experience with Opera and/or SynXis Property Management Systems (PMS)
SynXis central reservations experience
