Philips Business Development Specialist IGT Devices in Saint Petersburg (ex Leningrad), Russia
BDS IGT Devices drives IGT Devices technologies adoption and creates demand on products sharing required product knowledge either to customers or other interested players in the Philips value chain. He/she is responsible for order generation and acquisition processes by providing up to date product-related expertise to demonstrate competitive advantage and product value proposition of One IGT Devices products in RCA. BDS has an in-depth understanding of customer needs and defines an accounts and territory development strategy, ensures effective, long-term cooperation with all parties to drive sustainable and profitable high growth opportunities for IGT Devices technologies.
You are responsible for
Being IGT Devices representative, first line of contact for internal and external stuff, collaborates and manages indirect channel partners to facilitate project and sales realization on the assigned territory;
Work with all level stakeholders to drive adoption and penetration of IGT Devices technologies at assigned territory;
Provides product support to the internal and external clients, working with dedicated sales leader under synergetic projects. This includes but not limited by: technical product specification, configuration, service sales for upgrades or analyzing competitive offering
Active participates in the development and deployment of BMC plan
Educates sales force both internal and indirect channel partners to upgrade their competitive knowledge / skills related to IGT Devices products according to BMC.
Provides regular seminars, round tables and conferences for local Philips team and end customers according to BMC and Marketing plan
Executes marketing activities on the territory, focused on increasing KOLs preference towards IGT Devices systems and disposables. Provide technical support for IGT Devices technologies and products users.
Working on application and further penetration of IGT Devices technologies into endovascular surgeries in hospitals located at territory of responsibility; be the first line specialist on complaint cases and report those cases to Company;
Represent IGT Devices while IB issues in the Field (in coordination with PM, SBO, SCM, CS and other departments)
Acts as IGT Devices sales leader and/or sales coordinator at assigned territory
Manage indirect channel partners focused on disposables to ensure full territory coverage including: discuss quarter sales volume; monitor their stock level; discuss promotional activities etc.
Provides development plan of assigned territory based on regular market analysis, sales forecast, competitor activities, required investments, risk management and business development potential for next 4 quarters to Market Sales Leader IGT Devices.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Higher education (medical, science or pharmaceutical is preferable);
3+ years of experience at MD&D market;
3+ years of sales and/or marketing experience;
Structured, accurate and well organized approach to the work process;
Сommunication skills to be able to convey complicated product-related knowledge in the clear and easy-to-absorb way
Presentation and sales skills Ability to deliver impactful presentations and trainings;
