Lenovo Web Demand Generation Coordinator in Sao Paulo, Brazil

Ownership of Demand Generation activities, with KPIs focused on sales conversion and web marketing activities for E-Commerce route. This position will interlock directly with Web Sales Manager and Web Content/Merchandisers to define and to execute the lead generation strategies for all web routes. He/She will be involved in weekly meetings with the extended teams (including consumer, marketing, and web production, etc.), choosing the investments and how to play with several sub-routes at same time with complementary campaigns to get the best conversion and costs for each one.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Find and target the best touch points to engage customers with lenovo.com and optimize each of them to attract the highest quality leads

  • Control demand and allocate efforts and investments on high ROI operations and tools.

  • To own interactions with key alliance players like Google, Microsoft, Intel and others.

  • Assures growth on affiliates program;

  • Manage email execution, assure database expansion, provide services for verticals and apply global best practices, working with designers;

  • Planning and executing Paid Search campaigns for E-Commerce with service providers, assuring best practices and reviewing the execution;

  • Work with merchandisers for both direct and indirect E-Commerce to identify opportunities and to define tactics for better ROI with minimized channel conflicts;

  • Monitor and control of contracted agencies, controlling guidelines, SOW, POs and budget allocation

  • To measure results and set sales tactics based on results. Action over the portfolio (feedback) and demand generation programs to ensure optimization of the route.

  • Unify demand generation operations and reduce competition against e-tailers and lenovo.com.

  • Use the know-how of E-Commerce to define strategies with MarketPlace/e-tailers and product teams. - Bachelor's degree in Online Internet Marketing or related field with emphasis on Digital Media and Web advertising.

  • Fluent in English (Spanish is desired).

  • Deep knowledge and proven experience of digital demand generation programs (affiliate, display, Social Media, Search, e-mail marketing, etc.) to ensure optimization of investments.

  • Passion to drive a fast paced, end to end business using marketing skills.

  • Ability to stay focused and react to daily market (pricing/promotion) and analytics input.

  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills needed to manage relationships with extended teams to ensure proper support.

  • Web analytics to measure results and set sales strategy based on data trends.

  • Strong customer delight attitude.
