The Team

LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions business enables marketers to connect with the world’s professionals in the most effective way. A major part of this mission is to be the definitive B2B platform, tapping into our hyper growth as a professional content publication platform, and prospect nurturing capability.

The Role

The agency team drives revenue by forging strategic partnerships with agencies. This role is responsible for ensuring the success of these partnerships by building relationships with key agency stakeholders, evangelizing the LinkedIn product suite and educating agency teams on how best to utilize our marketing platform. This role is ultimately responsible for overarching agency revenue strategy and revenue execution for the Chinese marketplace. This role will directly report to the Marketing Solutions Greater China Sales General Manager and collaborate with the Head of Agency and Channel Partnerships APAC. You will be required to travel both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead, advise and execute on LinkedIn’s agency strategy (media, creative, social and PR) with the objective of driving partner/agency alignment, ultimately resulting in maximized revenue

  • Assess and understand the agency landscape, develop strong senior level agency relationships, create relationship maps and subsequent engagement plans

  • Help develop marketing strategies to influence media planners and buyers

  • Consult with agencies in their development of media strategies by providing insights and sharing best-practices based on LinkedIn’s 1st Party data

  • Develop and lead training programs for key agency stakeholders

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations and product to maximize revenue growth through the agency channel

  • Collaborate with field sales to ensure a coordinated approach to agency teams

  • Be the internal voice of the customer to help shape product roadmap

  • Serve as product expert with internal and external teams

  • Fluent in English as well as Mandarin

Basic Qualifications :

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent education + experience

  • 7+ yrs. marketing/ agency/ advertising experience

  • 5+ yrs. developing Marketing Strategies

Preferred Qualifications :

  • MBA

  • Proven Social Media expert

  • Demonstrated Marketing Automation and Programmatic Advertising expertise

  • Exhibits a high level of competency in oral and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in building relationships with senior agency decision makers
