Develop coverage strategy and drive distribution

  • Set target of category ND and coverage in different model

  • Calculate incremental model corresponding to coverage growth

  • Explore innovation model to keep driving distribution, including, without limitation, B2B model (e.g. E-tornado and JZT model).

  • Establish and operate CRM of stores

Category and channel plan

  • Develop product strategy, including

  • Define roles of different products

  • Determine MSL

  • Innovative exploration in PPA

  • Set distribution target of key specification

  • Tract data, including data from Nielsen, B2B platform and offline channel

  • Cooperate with marketing and CPA to create product promotion plan and overall marketing schedule by regular governance, including new launch, forecast and key seasonal distribution product, and synchronize promotion information with main channel and EC

  • Develop promotion principle and public promotion information

  • Manage product master data, including product information, selling point, details page, price and so on


  1. Fluently in both Mardrine and English

  2. 3 years above FMCG experience required

  3. Ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders

  4. Bachelor Degree in business administration preferred

  5. Trade marketing and RTM related work experience preferred
