He/she is responsible for the management of all sales and business operations in the territory. Additionally, he/she will create and execute go-to-market and operational strategies to achieve business and revenue objectives in the territory . There will be a strong focus on hunting and closing new business opportunities.Specific Job Duties:· Focus on Growth of ECR business in China, building a strong pipeline of new business through new logo’s and upsell to achieve revenue growth objectives· Create and execute the ECR China go-to-market and operational strategies to achieve business and revenue objectives.· Identify and prioritize new market opportunities and develop solution implementation and growth strategies in China· Provide regular forecasts of Actuals versus Plan, develop strategies to address any gaps for Senior APAC Management· Work with the APAC marketing team to plan and execute local marketing events, undertake to drive leads and raise the company profile.· Work with Regional product managers to provide feedback on products and pricing for the Market · Build strong internal relationships across IHS and collaborate with other sales teams to build cross functional sales and revenue opportunities· Implement strategic account plans for key customers, and build engagement plans that will grow with long term partnerships with key customers in the ECR marketRequired Education:• Economics or Business degree Required Experience:• Minimum 4 years’ successful sales experience • Experience of working in a complex sales environment • Experience in successful sales planning and sales execution • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating and change management • Financial analysis • Strategic selling processes • Solution, not product, selling • Native Chinese language skills• Good English oral and written communication skills • Good organizational skills
