To lead and manage a team of supply chain resources supporting the various supply chain processes for Plants and SCDC in the APAC region. It includes Master Scheduling, Deployment and Export shipping from source /co-packers and Distribution Centres to destination. Supports APAC process changes to optimize working capital investment and attain the desired CSL goals.
Will be responsible to manage the planning processes (Master Scheduling/Deployment and Shipping) that supports the export activities from Source plants(Multi-location), assigned co-packers and 3rd Party Suppliers.
Provides guide lines on inventory holding levels/KPI's; tracks and publishes monthly performance reports.
Proactively reviews and manage supply planning constrains, mitigates OOS position(Out-of-stock) , over-supply and SLOB concerns, including the activities in deployment and shipping processes.
Holds accountability to ensure all customers orders are timely and accurately processed.
Resolves process issues; reviews and implement planning process improvements.
Manages communications with the respective source and customers.
Ensures processes in place are to be periodically reviewed for data integrity and information flow is seamless to facilitate planning and execution.
Provides leadership to the direct and indirect reports with the objective of meeting both internal and external customers' requirements.
Establish respective KPI for respective functions and tracks / publishes performance.
Will lead/participate in projects as assigned.
Develops bench-strength of the team with the objective of increasing productivity and efficiency, including Individual development plan for colleague development.
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum Degree holder in related discipline,
5 years' experience in Planning and analytical role
APICS / CPIM;CSCP certified, preferred
Training and coaching experience.
Strong interpersonal and business communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly independent and motivated with excellent leadership values.
Must be at least CET 06 qualified
