General Summary of Responsibilities

  • Leading and owning Client Relationships

  • Develop investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy

  • Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework

  • Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties

  • Driving business growth and profitability with set business targets – this to include winning new instructions from existing and new Clients and implementing efficiencies within the team operation

  • Continually driving change and progress in the business to evolve with Client and market demands

  • Owning and managing the transition of client/properties

  • Ensuring consistent, high quality service delivery across all areas for the Clients

  • Signing off and ensuring all Client reporting is accurate and delivered on time

  • Leading Client meetings where directly responsible

  • Identifying and progressing opportunities for cross-selling activities

  • Ensuring all fees are collected and no debt

  • Any other duties assigned by the HOD, CMIS

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field.

  • At least 4-6 years experiences in the direct management of real estate projects of varying sizes, complexities and across multiple markets

  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a passion on the team-work approach.

  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, seeks to develop strong client relationships.

  • Excellent customer service and analytical skills are necessary as is an attention to detail personality.

  • Exhibit a strong desire to achieve results and exceed expectations and be able to develop and maintain good industry networking relationships to contribute towards the business development of the group.
