If so, our team is seeking a Senior Business Program Manager (BPM) who has embraced the future. As a Senior BPM, you will:
Orchestrate and support delivery and sales rhythms and forecasts
Drive and support change management
Demonstrate and be recognized as a key provider of cross-business insights
Contribute to an accurate integrated forecast
Ensure quota integrity by providing timely and accurate submission of quota, account assignments and manual revenue adjustments for both sales and delivery roles
Monitor data integrity across engagements and support contracts
Support our cultural change
Drive operational change plans with a focus on effective adoption building on landing and enablement materials
The successful BPM’s focus areas will include: Strong leadership, Operational Control (operating and budgeted expense), and Resource Allocation (headcount and staffing plans). You will need to have a high level of selling and customer/partner service skills and have the ability to think strategically.
You should have 10+ years of industry or related technology consulting experience. An understanding of Microsoft technologies is helpful. You have a background that supports your leadership in a technical and services organization. You may be required to travel some. You should be able to start within 2 weeks of offer acceptance.
