The Amobee Senior Account Manager owns the client-facing relationship and ensures superior client service through relationship development and account growth. In addition to leading in-person client meetings, the Senior Account Manager collaborates cross-functionally and partners closely with the Client Partner on strategy. The Senior Account Manager maximizes client retention and generates upsell revenue by delivering best-in-class reporting, insights, and results.
Note: This role is a 12-month fix term contract
• Develop account plan and keep track of the progress for revenue growth • Define and manage client engagement strategy and onboarding • Oversee account health. Identify and mitigate risks to customer success/stickiness through the addition of new products and services, strategy & planning, or escalation • Manage & lead an effective working relationship between sales, client and platform services for customer success and account growth • Educate clients on products and service strategy • Proactively identify new opportunities and develop unique digital solutions specifically tailored to the agency and their client’s need
• 3+ years’ experience in digital media, and 2+ years in client services/ account management • Programmatic Experience • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and develop client accounts • Established relationships with media agencies and clients • Excellent critical thinking and presentation skills • Knowledge of the digital ecosystem/landscape and understanding of industry trends • Self-motivated to dig in to learn about products, technology, customers, and competitors. • Process-oriented with strict attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and focus on multiple tasks in high- pressure situations
