Description
Working with a strong existing customer base you will be responsible for sales activities and meeting sales targets for region through the implementation of aggressive, direct end-user selling techniques and further develop the business by identifying new opportunities within the Life Science Research & Industry market in Southern NSW.

Responsibility * Manage direct sales of products in assigned territory for LSR & Nano product range * Manage and close complex sales * Facilitate the sales activities and monitor sales performance of customer base * Provide accurate sales forecasts * Help to prepare sales forecasts and analysis and develop plans to maximise sales opportunities * Routine customer visits and firm relationships with key customers including prospecting new customers * Provide high-level customer service & customer satisfaction * Seek new opportunities to grow the business in assigned territory * Daily SFDC updates and Funnel Management * Maintain and utilise sales tools/CRM Management * Tender management, preparing quotations and management and/or conducting instrument demonstrations * Monitor competitor activities and customer response and provide feedback to management * Coordinating and supporting marketing activities * Participate in team meetings and special projects as defined by management to address specific tactical and/or strategic business needs * Work with Sales Manager to support sales initiatives or projects as directed.

Qualification
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION a)Professional Experience Extensive sales experience in the life science fields and/or industry Experience in microscopy (sales or research – based) b) Education Science Degree or equivalent c) Language Fluent English – written and oral d) Travel (required estimated 25 % of time) Travel within Southern NSW - Driver’s license and own car
