This person will be responsible for all things digital and communications related. The digital marketing manager is a NEW role to the organization and will be vital to the success of growing their current business and expanding into new markets. Requirements: Description

  • As the first member on the digital team, the chosen candidate will be responsible for developing the overall digital strategy to ultimately drive MORE sales to the business

  • Innovate and communicate brand strategy, plans and ideas using best marketing practices

  • Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability

  • Daily updates to social media channels (Instagram/Facebook) through creative and innovative content

  • Execute Facebook / Instagram advertising and promotions to drive online conversions

  • Create, test and learn cadence to optimize marketing campaigns and ultimately drive business growth

  • Expand the brand both nationally and internationally through digital efforts

  • Be the digital expert- help coach the team on best practices and recommendations for future

  • Responsible for eCommerce amazon point of sale, website updates, etc.

  • Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet KPIs

  • Generate monthly reports on our marketing campaign's performance

  • Analyze key metrics that unit our website traffic and customers

  • Partner with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results

  • Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures Qualifications ? A BA University degree, or equivalent ? 3+ years' experience in a digital role ? Proven success running creative digital marketing campaigns ? Adobe creative suite- Photoshop, illustrator or InDesign (or graphic design experience) ? Video production (YouTube) experience an asset ? Strong analytic skills and an understanding of social and digital metrics ? Experience using social listening tools to gain insights and to report on audience needs and opinions ? In depth knowledge of Facebook Insights; Power Editor; Business Manager; Ads manager; some Social Media Management Systems; Twitter ad dashboard; Twitter analytics ? Working knowledge of Google Analytics/AdWords, SEO/SEM or working towards certification ? Knowledge of traditional marketing methods (TV, Radio, Print) an asset ? Affiliate marketing knowledge an asset
