Salary banding for this position is ca.£20,000 (Internal Graded Scale) Successful candidates will be appointed to the bottom of the pay band if they have no relevant experience.

In exceptional circumstances where the candidate has relevant equivalent experience, this will be taken into consideration.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to join a busy and varied working environment. In this role your primary responsibilities will be: assisting in the recruitment and selection process, administration, and ad hoc project work as required.

You should have a good standard of education and experience of working in a busy HR environment. Previous experience of recruitment and selection processes would be advantageous.

It is essential that you have proven administration and organisational skills and the ability to demonstrate initiative and a flexible approach to work. In addition, you will be a confident team player who can cope with conflicting deadlines and a changing priority list.
