Hasbro European Services provides various services to Hasbro business units in Europe and the Middle East and Africa.
The Consumer Products division provides services for the licensing business of Hasbro International Inc. (HII).
The purpose of this role is to provide the following services:
The key purpose of this role is to ensure Royalty reports are received, invoiced and revenue processed and tracked on a timely manner.
Collate, manage and share the quarterly revenue tracker with the category managers and Mgt. team on a periodic basis.
Support Snr FP&A on a regular basis on Financial reports
Royalty Reporting and Credit control for Hasbro Consumer Products (HCP)
Ensure all royalty reports are received and processed by Corporate Royalty Dept (CRD).
Ensure partners receive invoices on a timely manner.
Chase unpaid debtors on a regular basis.
Advice CRD, the allocation of funds received daily in the bank statement.
Reconciliation of licensee / Agent Account balances.
Assist in resolving financial queries related to contracts.
Chase royalty reports and payments from agents.
Analyse and investigate un-allocated cash received from agents/licensee.
Support the Contracts Administration on ad-hoc basis.
Co-ordinate Withholding Tax Certificate distribution and allocation of funds.
Provide business support to HCP Finance & Planning team.
Create tracking document to monitor actual revenue vs Budget & Forecast on quarterly basis.
Assist in resolving any queries raised by Category Mgrs. related to contracts and finance.
Ownership and maintenance of the monthly Overhead and T&E report.
Raising PR/PO in SAP.
Support periodically with quarterly reports.
Training members of the team on OASIS and Profit.
Carry out SOX Testing.
Ad-hoc financial reports and reconciliations.
Knowledge and Skills:
Finance background with demonstrable relevant experience
AAT / or any basic financial qualification
Previous experience of working in a Finance / administrative role
Exposure to multi-currency reporting environment.
Able to provide accurate and timely information and analysis
Ability to clearly summarize and present information to the stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and word)
Adaptable to in house systems.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Flexibility on work hours due to time zones and peak seasons
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external departments.
Good communication skills.
Ability to create and maintain reports.
Strong initiative and flexibility.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Graduate with demonstrable relevant experience
Ability to assess current procedures and recommend process improvements where necessary
Familiarity with licensing and royalty accounting.
