About the Opportunity
As a result of organic and strategic growth, we are looking to expand our team! The Adoption Specialist’s main responsibility is to monitor and maximise user adoption, user satisfaction, user education and customer benefits, based on usage statistics and customer feedback. In this, the Adoption Specialist works in coordination with the MModal Sales Representative and MModal Support in which the Adoption Specialist manages the relationship with the end-users (e.g. care providers, managers, team leads, and secretaries.) This location could be based in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane or Sydney - we are flexible!
Specifically, the focus will be on:
Onsite or virtual optimization deliverables (e.g. customised training documents, webinar sessions, and/or training videos) which range from at-the-elbow physician education to workflow reviews in order to identify new opportunities for solution enhancements.
Work in coordination with the project team during implementation until closure
Be responsible for Customer Support (e.g. help triage the support inbox and manage the level 1 support inbox) and complete any training gaps, TOS quality issues, SR/CDI user best practices and general questions
Each Adoption Specialist has their individual accounts with whom the Adoption Specialist is expected to build a strong relationship; this way the customer knows who their main point of contact is. You will essentially be the face of 3M | M*Modal to the customer
The Adoption Specialists work in a buddy/backup system so that a second Adoption Specialist can take over when the primary Adoption Specialist is not available (e.g. leave)
As someone who has been working in a hands-on role within the health care space, your skills and experience as a health care provider/specialist (ie nurse, technician, IT specialist or other health care professional) will give you credibility and confidence when working with our customers. As someone who has used HIS before, you will be able to work closely with our stakeholders to ensure the implementation of our innovative HIS is the best it can be. With a strong focus on customer service, it is important you are comfortable with supporting your stakeholders and this may involve early starts and occasional travel. Experience in previous Health Information Systems will help ensure your success in this role.
