We are currently searching for experienced and passionate Operators to join our Arnott's family at our Virginia site as a Machine Operator on Line 2 - on the Day Shift.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous machine operating experience in a similar industry;
Proven ability in touch screen operation on automated machinery;
Strong mechanical aptitude and a proven ability to troubleshoot on machines;
An understanding of team, safety, and quality operating principles;
Effective communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
A continuous improvement mindset
