Strategic Account & Business Development Executive - Diagnostics - Spain

You will support Hologic, manage, coordinate and develop complex strategic accounts such as multi-centers, multi business and international. You will also lead the development of new sources of revenue such as Non-Gyn, Fibronectin & New tests. The successful candidate will be an advocate for new national screening guideline recommendations - HPV & Mgen.

Your main duties will be to:

  • Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams as well as HOLX partnership teams to:

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs

  • Improve the entire customer experience

  • Identify customer needs, engage and manage the correct resources, maintain proactive communications and exceed client expectations. In order to achieve this the candidate will have a proven ability to interact with different levels of stakeholders, including:-Technicians, KOLs, Administrators, Payors, and Researchers

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit for HOLX and not only sales

  • Potentially, the candidate will need also to manage directly or indirectly KAMs or Applications Specialists

We are looking for a candidate who has/is:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • High command of English

  • Scientific background would be advantageous

  • Healthcare industry experience required preferably in the Diagnostic environment

  • Strong track record of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management

  • Experience in the area of Market Access is highly advantageous

  • Strong analytical abilities & financial acumen

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
