What You'll Do

You will be focused around services delivery management and this position requires relationships with a diverse group of internal and external personnel ensuring smooth transactions are completed accurately and on time.

You will balance business policy, client needs, industry trends and cross functional input to develop and execute a strategy for improving service offerings and building lasting relationships with JP Morgan Chase.

Who You'll Work With

We are looking to add experienced practitioners to our client-centric and agile team partnering with a variety of organizations to lead requirements and drive desired outcomes.

Who You Are

You have a consistent and successful track record of planning and executing services delivery with large enterprises, preferably in the Finance industry with JP Morgan Chase. You are passionate about IT and services delivery and continually develop your expertise in this dynamic area.

Minimum Requirements:

  • MS/BS degree from a reputable university.

  • +5 years of experience supporting a customer-facing role.

  • Experience within the Financial sector or with large enterprise customers preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to get the job done, while being skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.
