PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
As a member of the IT Headquarter Support Team Walldorf/Rot you will see a brought variety of different topics during your normal workday. Challenges around hardware related topics (Notebooks with different Operating Systems like Windows, Mac OS X or Linux, Smartphones of all flavors) as well as Service Topics (internal events, support topics) and dedicated Project work (Innovations, Integration).
We are highly flexible to adapt to changes requested by our customers.
If you have a broad technical knowledge and decent understanding of the commonly used software and hardware packages like the Office 365 family and latest Windows and Mac hardware or Smartphones, excellent Project skills, as well as the ability to learn and rise to a challenge then you should consider applying for this position.
Within our team, we practice a trust-based working model. If you need to work flexibly, you can do so given your manager’s agreement.

As a member of our team:
You are an expert in supporting our infrastructure like Notebooks, Smartphones, Meeting Room Technology
You have a detailed understanding of how our services perfectly fit and work together and the ability to communicate this knowledge to your clients
You will be cooperating closely with experts from internal IT departments
You will be working with a wide variety of people (Administrators to C-level-executives)
You are proactive and build partnerships with your clients
You share your knowledge with the team and participate in meetings.
You contribute to or run internal projects with a high visibility
Excellent interpersonal skills – communicating with others, problem solving and decision making
Fluent German and advanced English language skills are a pre-requisite
Positive attitude, sociable, a team player
Ability to work with and support executives
High flexibility and willingness to work under pressure, also on ad-hoc tasks
Experience in troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
Expert Knowledge of Windows and Mac Operating Systems and Applications
Project Management experience
Ability to work without supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks
Willingness to accept additional challenges
Experience with Audio and Video production
- Minimum two years of experience working in an IT support role
