JOB DESCRIPTION
Abide by the policies set for theCompany and/or Client's quality and Safety manuals, wear appropriate PersonalProtective Equipment (PPE) for the job and is alert and aware at all times oftheir own safety and the safety of others
Lead the cementing team in compliance with company standards; ensure employees conduct themselves professionallythroughout the shift, regardless of the team's physical location
Participate as an active member of theteam in the continuous improvement process by reporting all unsafe orpotentially hazardous situations to Management and through the existingreporting system
Control hazards when work is performedthat places individuals at risk of injury to themselves or others
Ensure that all workers wear the properpersonal protective equipment as required
Conduct crew briefings prior to theexecution of any service with everyone on the worksite as per corporate safetymeetings and work permit reports
Communicate effectively, undersupervision, with management, client and crew in the planning, coordination andexecution of service including specific job requirements as needed
Reviewcement programs, undersupervision, to insure they include the proper functions, error free and are within the capability of the Crew and equipment
Ensure treatment, under supervision, isconducted in a safe, conscientious manner and maintain control of treatmentunder all circumstances
Assist with rig in and evaluate rig andexecution requirements specific jobs
Inspect all personnel, equipment, rigin and final pre-job fluid test and chemical volumes to ensure they meet companyand customer requirements

Communicate effectively, undersupervision, with management, client and crew in the planning, coordination andexecution of service including specific job requirements as needed
Record all rates and pressures on theappropriate form(s) per company policy and procedure and applicable regulations
Demonstrate skill in performing all thenecessary calculations to complete the job
Participate and collaborate inequipment maintenance and repair and ensure all equipment is inspected,properly configured and meets or exceeds treatment requirements
Validate that all paperwork is kept upto date including log books and pre/post inspection and guarantee that ticketsare filled out accurately and completely
Complete other duties, specialassignments and projects as required
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Completion of secondary school (BAC+)is mustor equivalent training and/or validated skill set
Certificates in all applicable safety training and regulatory technical courses as mandated
Minimumof7 to10 year of supervisory experience andfive plus years of experience in cement
