Job Summary: The successful candidate will provide exemplary customer service for branch customers, including greeting walk in client?s/prospects promptly, answer incoming phone calls, redirecting calls, preparing, receiving and distributing incoming mail, maintaining supplies and front office manuals, approving bills for payment, retrieving policy documents from portals. Also, scanning, indexing and auditing of all policy documents. Supporting colleagues and management as requirement.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
Previous office experience required
Previous reception experience required
Highly developed customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple demands under pressure
